*****Every wedding is different. Thankfully, The Baker is one of the most unique wedding venues in town and you should really come by, take a look around, and visualize how you can use the space!
*****The venue prices include 6 luxury hotel rooms! Seriously! Where else can you get a venue and 6 hotel rooms rolled into one price?!?!

We encourage prospective brides and grooms to contact us to discuss how The Baker can be used to best showcase your dream wedding. Prices below are estimates and just provide a good guess as to the nightly price of certain sized events.
Each price listed is for nightly rentals and include use of the entire property (includes 5 guest rooms in the Baker House, 1 Baker Cottage, the kitchen, dining room, first floor living room areas, back patio, front lawn, and dining room). We require a 2 night minimum rental for weddings and receptions. We have found the set up and break down of such large events is far too stressful on the wedding party to be done in such a short time. (Check in is at 3pm the first day of the reservation and check out time is 11am the second day, though this is sometimes flexible.)
ESTIMATED PRICES (Please call to inquire about your specific wedding plans, prices can change)
All weddings at The Baker are two nights required for a total of $5,000 for the weekend.
Removing all furniture from first floor - $500
In order to reserve a date we require a 25% non-refundable deposit which is applied to the total bill. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
