Our boutique inn’s main attraction is without a doubt the property itself. The historic Baker House was built in 1897 and has a rich story filled with family histories, bankrupt business ventures and even a stint as a church.

The curly pine woodwork, used throughout the entire home is rare, beautiful and often the reason for many a guest’s visit. Today, The Baker offers guests of The Baker five guestrooms, a spacious Cottage, and the opportunity for amazing event spaces.

Experience Local Life

On the corner of 5th and Main in the arts district of downtown North Little Rock, the property is closer to downtown Little Rock than most of Little Rock. The Baker is mere steps away from some of the best dining and entertainment options in Central Arkansas. A short walk across one of the Arkansas River pedestrian bridges takes guests into Downtown Little Rock and the River Market District. Or hop on the River Rail Streetcar that runs right by The Baker (a stop is right across the street) for a free guided tour of both Little Rock and North Little Rock.

Verizon Arena

Arkansas’ largest concert and event venue is just three blocks away from The Baker. Several nights a week, Main Street is busy with concert goers, enjoying dinner and drinks with friends before the big show.
